🎃 Pixieland Halloween Family Set (The Package) – Terms & Conditions

1. No Refunds 
All Halloween Family Set purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed.

2. No Rescheduling 
As this is a limited Halloween seasonal package, bookings cannot be rescheduled to another date.

3. 2-Hour Session Duration 
Each package session lasts for 2 hours, which includes all time spent inside the venue — playtime, waiting for meals, and dining.

If your stay exceeds the 2-hour session, an additional stay fee will apply in accordance with Pixieland’s regular ticket policy.

4. Table Time Limit
Reserved tables are available only for the 2-hour session.

After the session ends, tables must be cleared promptly to ensure fairness to other booked families.

Families wishing to stay longer may continue playtime in general café seating areas (subject to table availability, first come, first served).

5. Punctual Arrival 
Please arrive on time for your booked session.

Your 2-hour session time will start at the scheduled time even if you arrive late.

6. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend at your booked time, your booking will be considered a no-show.

No refund or compensation will be provided.

7. Guest Capacity Limit
Each reserved table includes up to 4 seats (maximum 2 adults + 2 children).

Extra guests cannot be added to the same table.

For larger families or groups, please purchase additional packages according to table capacity.

8. Complimentary Gifts
Free gifts such as themed balloons, wands, or headbands are provided at random and cannot be chosen due to limited stock availability.

9. Limited Availability
Seats and packages are limited and available only while stocks last.

10. Final Rights
Pixieland reserves the final right of interpretation for all terms and event details.
